In order to avail the benefits of WebSite Spark, the applying company must fulfill the following conditions: |

To actually take part in this Program, your company must deploy a new public and Internet-accessible website created using WebSite Spark Program software within 6 months from enrollment in the Program. This site and other new websites developed should be reported through the WebsiteSpark Portal. |

Membership of the Microsoft Partner Network (MPN) is not a requisite for your company prior to joining the Program; however, enrollment in MPN is a feature of Program participation. Companies who are not already MPN members will be prompted to join during the WebsiteSpark enrollment process. |

Eligible Web design and development companies can take part in WebsiteSpark for up to 3 years. Upon completion of first and second anniversary of original enrollment, you must update your enrollment (actually confirm you have not gone public or your ownership hasn't changed). All you pay a $100 program fee upon the expiry of three years. |

You have an option towards the three years to choose to purchase all of the software in the program through a $999 per year package. This unique package includes 3 copies of VS Professional, 1 copy of Expression Studio (including Blend and Sketchflow), 2 copies of Expression Web, and 4 processor licenses of Windows Web Server 2008 and 4 processor licenses of SQL Server Web edition that can be used for production deployment. |

Or, if you want to purchase only the production server licenses, you can avail advantage of a $199/year offer which includes both 1 Windows Web Server processor license and 1 SQL Server Web edition processor license. You can purchase the quantity you need of this package offer at $199/year each. |
